Yes. All equipment we provide is professional‑grade sound equipment for your event, including digital mix desk, speakers, microphones, microphone stands, and stage box unless otherwise agreed to in advance. Bands and performing artists should provide us with their stage plot and input list to ensure capacity and compatibility.
Yes. Weather-permitting, we have experience providing sound for outdoor and beach environments and account for wind, space, and environmental conditions to ensure clear, reliable audio. We do encourage hosts to ensure they have a backup plan in case of rain or other weather event that is not compatible with the electronics.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event holidays or seasons. Availability can fill quickly, so early inquiries are encouraged.
Absolutely. Every event is different. We consult with you to fully understand the critical outcomes you desire for your event, and then we tailor equipment, setup, music, and services based on your venue, timeline, and specific needs.

We focus on preparation, communication, and professional execution. That means asking the right questions in advance as part of our scoping process, then arriving prepared, setting up early, managing audio during the event, and handling teardown—so you don’t have to worry about sound issues.

Performing Rights Organizations generally expect that the venue or event host secure the public performance rights in accordance with US copyright law. If a venue hosts multiple events, they typically would procure an annual blanket license. If an event is held in a non-licensed location (private property, tent, field, barn, or beach), then the event organizer/host becomes responsible for obtaining the license.
Absolutely! In these instances, the reception portion of our agreement primarily becomes a live sound engineering engagement. We provide PA, microphones, mic stands, mix desk, stage box, direct inputs, etc. Your performer or band then does setup of their equipment and connects into the PA we provide. We then provide ‘Front of House’ services to the performers. It will be helpful to send to us the stage plot and input list of the performer or band that you’re considering so that we can verify capacity and compatibility prior to contract signature.
We do not offer rental gear. To ensure the highest quality and professional delivery, our services include professional setup, operation, and removal of our provided equipment.
Travel costs will be considered included in your services agreement.
My background includes time spent in radio broadcasting in formats including Light Rock, Rock, Hot Adult Contemporary, Top 40, Contemporary Hits, Country (90s), and Oldies (50s-70s). Those genres will be where I have the most direct familiarity, but I also appreciate and work in other styles as needed.
If your event needs to extend beyond the contracted time, you are encouraged to communicate that as quickly as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate such an extension, doing so is at our discretion. Additional fees will be charged if the extension can be honored, in minimum increments of 1 hour.
To reserve your event date, the signed services agreement and the non-refundable retainer must be received. Electronic signatures are handled via Adobe Sign, and online payment will be requested via a Square invoice. Full payment of the event services fee is required 14 days prior to event date.
